Hi, I am a seller.
When an order is canceled ,Ebay will deduct fee from account.
It is unfair to me. Sometimes the customer made an wrong order and will cancel it , but I have to pay the cancel fee. It is unfair.
Could I ask you deduct the cancel fee please?

Not eBay here, just other members.
I you cancel an order, eBay will refund you except for the flagfall (30 or 33c).
If you don't cancel the order, eBay will keep all the fees because they consider you have been paid outside of their system.
Either way, it is unlikely that eBay will refund you, and you would have to contact eBay about the matter, not other members.. Treat it as a cost of doing business.

It's not Ebays fault that the buyer didnt pay, they offered the service, there is a cost to that
