Was an offer made on the BIN? If so, it is a simple process to accept it.
Did somebody message you outside of the listing and make an 'offer'? In which case there is no avenue to accept as no formal offer has been made. Tell them to place a bid in the normal fashion. Are there any flags? Are they from overseas and trying to get something cheap, with local rather than OS postage? Unlikely as your items are not Aust-centric.
Imo they are playing games. Block them.
