Hi, just wondering if a buyer sends me an offer on an item im selling, then I send them a counter offer, can I later change my mind and accept their first offer, hope this makes sense, thankyou.

I can't see any reason that you can't change your mind but if the buyer has not accepted your counter offer they may have already bought elsewhere. You should perhaps ask them if they still want it at their offer price before accepting it. If they decide not to pay you should not open an Unpaid Item dispute as you have mucked them around.

If you have counter offered you can't go back and accept their initial offer.
The buyer would have to counter offer back again at their original offer price to be able to do it.
