Advertising with Classified Ads. But where is the actual option?

There's heaps of information on listing with Classifieds Ads on Ebay but I just can't find the option to make a listing. I know its there somewhere and would be grateful if someone could point it out to me?

Classified Ads are available in only a few categories such as the services and franchises category -  what is your category?

In the end I found it here in the "Basic listing and selling fees" section for those that are wondering. It's limited to Business, Home and Garden, and Service categories. The Ebay Motors section also includes a Classified Ad option.
