The service Ebay provide is a joke!
My Optus network for my moblie phone has gone down today I rang them to let them know and to find out when it will be back up. The man that I spoke to at Optus apologised at least 50 times, he was honest and upfront telling me that they didn't know it was down and how grateful they were for me calling them to inform them.
I am on pre-paid so for my inconvience he has given me a free week's worth of credit without me even having to prompt or hint or ask for it. And they will be calling me back later to inform me of what the issue was and when it will be fix or if it is fixed now depending on the scale of the problem.
They also are now able to put a message on the site informing other customers who use the same tower as me that their is an issue and Optus are working on it.
Now that is service!!! Learn Ebay Learn!
