All account activity

is anyone else having problems not being able to view   " All account activity "  at all.

The only thing i can view is in my seller account  is   " Promotional Savings "

Even items i have sold and i use the exact number to search it still fails to show anything

i contacted ebay a few days ago and said escelate to technical crew but i have a feeling this wont be fixed.

That is the most important thing when selling here on ebay as it shows the exact dollar value being charged .

So many times i have had to contact them to get  overpriced charges removed due to their system not working properly, but now i cant .

Will only be able to see once charged now i assume..

Just checked and i can view 'ALL account activity' without any issues on my account.

uninstalled all programs after 7oct .

7th oct was the last item sold i could view  ( but only the promotion savings tab the other 4 tabs dont work)

so i google it and lost of similar discussions about this topic dating back to at least 2011 .

in one they mentioned   Seller Manager .

So i subscribe to that ( the free one )  lol wouldnt pay ebay for that.

and it works straight away.

different format to the  ALL ACCOUNT ACTIVITY  but so much more info about my sales .   most probably useless , BUT atleast i can now see exactly what im being charged before invoices.

btw ebay staff told me if was on my end the problem .....   i tried to explain to them that i can view last item on the 7th under Promo ( only shows the tax write off they charge and tell me i saved , no other tabs worked at all ) and that when i push a button on ebay web site that im interacting with THEIR servers , 

but still got told to  use other browsers ,different computer , you will have to try some trouble shooting , and so many other trash rubbish... even telling me to take screenshots using Paint and send to them . .....

im like wow im not doing that . what a waste of time.

all these changes they are making , promotions that dont work ( ie charged when they should be free listing and final fees ) and they try to waste my time doing stupid stuff.....
