That's the same one that comes around every month or so. Most of the time you need to get the email for that one. Just be careful though, items that auto relist with that particular promotion come off the quota for some reason.

I'm well aware tippy that the auto relists always seem to come out of the 150 free.
But, as soon as that starts to happen, I arrange a call back from eBay, let them know how many relists will be coming off the promo 100/150 (whichever), and who will agree that (1) it shouldn't happen, and (2) once I start getting charged for listing fees , ALL charges will be credited to my account. Oh and (3) I always get a reference number for the call.
So I'm not concerned about that happening. eBay have always come good with those credits.

Wonder if you could mention to them that it would save them a LOT of time and trouble if they just fixed it! Many thanks in advance if you do. Cheers.

Perhaps the only thing in our favour was when it happened with the 100 free they were able to fix it. Who knows? It's always worth a try.

I'm afraid that didn't work for me last time 😞
According to the CS officer I spoke to last time, the following means you ARE charged for them . ....... "Listings that automatically relist during the Promotion Period are not eligible for this offer".
I was tempted to ring back and get another CS officer, but I didn't need the 150 anyway. I think it depends on who you talk to as I always thought you could have them refunded too.

That sentence has always been ambiguous, hasn't it? It could be interpreted in so many different ways, but when it's the 100 free, the re-lists don't come off, so one would thingk that they wouldn't come off the 150 either.
Strictly speaking, the 'Are not eligible' means thay can't be used in this offer, but the problem is, ebay ARe using them as part of the offer and couting them as part of it. So really, they are contradicting themselves.
