Well hope somebody can tell me what to do .
Sold something today to a new ebayer she joined today .I have then noticed her address it is just one number there is no street name or PO box just Laidley Q,land .
I have sent her a mesage through ebay but no reply then I requested her details from ebay mmm was going to ring but the number has been disconnected so then I sent a messge through to her email addy it came back .
I can find no listing in Q,land for her surname let alone Laidley ,I think this is a big town isnt it anybody with any ideas .
I dont want to just post to a number unless I know for sure I am puzzled seeing she only joined today ,any ideas
She paid straight away

Have you tried sending a message to the email address on the PayPal notification?

Sounds a bit odd.
Maybe you could call the PO at Laidley tomorrow. The town is small enough that they should recognise the number. It may be for a PO box or a roadside mail box.

Hi there - I can see why you are stressing. But you shouldent - you probably have a 2 day handling time anyway, and if she bought the item from you today, then your time doest start until tomorrow. You should keep trying to send her messages, and also try and send her mesages on eBay to confirm her address. You could also try sending an email to her Paypal email address.
This has happened to me before, but because she joined today - she probably didnt realise her adress was wrong. Because if she had ordered before, she would have been warned that her address is wrong from other sellers, and then she would have changed it. The buyer will apprecaite if you rather wait to confirm their address, before just sending your goods out to the wrong address.
Also - I dont think they are scamming you, because then why would the buyer have paid?
Hope I have helped a bit.
Cheers
Darren

I had the same last week with a newbie, address was just a number and no such place in NSW. Don't know how anyone can register with an inadequate information. I sent an email to the buyer and no reply. Sent an email to ebay and they contacted the buyer themselves and adjusted their address on their files and would not give me the details. After four days I started the unpaid system going as they had not paid. 7 days later the buyer paid and the address had changed for me to use. Worked out in the end and ebay customer service did their job.
