I did, and was told it's a global site issue.
My listings were ended due to exceeding my monthly selling limits, only I've never had any on my main selling account, and have been operating the store since 2011.
The only thing they could tell me was that it was due to some site issue and that all sellers were supposed to have had selling restrictions, but some never did and it's a side effect from that. ?:|
Oh, and the "our technical team is working on it, but we don't have an update as yet".
Wondering if this happened to anyone else?

Well my sales have dropped to virtually zero on this ID for the past two days now, since the "incident" :-(:-(
Thought that all the new relistings going on over yesterday would bring in at least something to offset some of the loss, but nup, it just ain't happened.

I got a message via eBay today, titled Final Update.
They confirmed what I was told via Live Help, and said most single quanity fixed price listings were automatically relisted by eBay, however they opted not to automatically relist multi-quanity, variant and auction listings as they know it the quantities for many would need readjusting and I guess they're not able to restore them to the quantity available when the listings were removed. Many auctions weren't relisted because they didn't want to have them end at times that were unsuitable for the sellers.
They also said that they will be crediting 2x the insertion fees, so my 168 listings should mean a $67-odd credit on my next invoice.

yeah i got same sorta email , but have had comflicting emails from ebay support as well , i was told to rtelist myself , but because they charged me to relist 27 of the items they took off it took my account over so now i get a message telling me
A payment method has to be set up so you can continue to sell on eBayWe noticed that you don't have a payment method set up with your eBay account. As soon as you take care of this, you'll be able to list more items.
Set up your payment method information
well its a bit rough when their mistake took me over the edge and now i have to go and fix it
then i get this mail calling me tracey in one sentence and marie in another and the email had nothing to do with what i was asking them , they must all be robots i hate being treated as a topic and eveeryone gets same email regardless of my question
here is the email keep in mind i was asking them to relist the 14 listings that were still in unsold items because of theor mistakes 2 weeks ago geeeezzzz
Hi Tracey,
Thank you for contacting eBay about the fees on your account. I understand you are wondering on why the payments were deducted automatically.
Marie, when you would setup you sellers account for the first time, you are actually setting up an automatic payment method on your account. It was mentioned before going through with your listing. Rest assured there is no monthly fee for selling on eBay. You are only charged fees when you are listing or selling items. If on the following month there will be no activity in selling, you will not be billed for any fees as well. and here is another email form a diff support team on ebay promising return of fees
We wrote last week to let you know about a software issue on Thursday, March 21 (Wednesday, March 20 US PST) that mistakenly ended some of your listings and may have temporarily hidden others from search. As promised, this is the follow-up on what eBay is doing.
Our teams have been hard at work around the clock to rectify this quickly and get your listings restored:
The software issue was fixed on Wednesday within a few hours of when it happened.Hidden listings were restored to view by midnight that same day.The automated relisting process is now complete. If you have items that were not relisted, you can find them in your unsold container for you to relist. Contact eBay customer support if you need assistance.
Please note there is no adverse impact on your standing in Best Match search, your seller feedback, or standards.
Here are a few additional steps we will take to do the right thing for our sellers:
These refunds should be reflected in your next eBay invoice.

Seriously? they send you all that gobbledy goop about how you won`t be disadvantaged due to the recent glitch, then pull all your listings again,
I would be on the phone to ebay first thing, ask for a supervisor and ask why and when the listings will be reinstated.
If you did happen to have a duplicate listing, tell them this was because ebay told you to relist those that were removed, but still does not justify removal of all your listings.
Have you checked your account to see if they have credited back those fees as promised?
I can only imagine the frustration you must be feeling right now 😞
