I did, and was told it's a global site issue.
My listings were ended due to exceeding my monthly selling limits, only I've never had any on my main selling account, and have been operating the store since 2011.
The only thing they could tell me was that it was due to some site issue and that all sellers were supposed to have had selling restrictions, but some never did and it's a side effect from that. ?:|
Oh, and the "our technical team is working on it, but we don't have an update as yet".
Wondering if this happened to anyone else?

I relisted 100 and got charged for lot - I don't expect them to have anything automatic turned onto credit via listing as you go, I imagine they will do a credit at some future point in time.
Its ironic I had such a great sales day yesterday, with double my usual $$$ - just as well I suppose, yippee - how lucky was that 😐

eBay started restoring my listings about an hour ago - so far 103 of 168 have been reinstated, and the fees have been charged to my account.
I'm giving them another hour to restore the rest and do something about the fees before I do anything.

Looks like they restored single-quantity listings only. Multiples and listings with variations have not been restored, at least not yet.

I've given up and bulk relisted
at least I can be seen again 🙂

Just finished a chat with Live Help - according to the agent I spoke to, the fees won't be credited back until the next invoice. That's the 15th of next month for me, so for 3+ weeks there's going to be erroneous charges on my account - makes for bad account keeping as far as I'm concerned.
I then asked when I can expect the rest of my listings to be restored. At first he said he couldn't give me a time frame but that he could "assure me" it would be with the week. 😮 Then, apparently new information came in and it would be within 24 hours.
Still not good enough, so I asked if I can manually relist all the remaining items without causing any issues, and the fees will be credited back. I got a "yes" answer, in writing, so if anything goes awry I have something to refer them to.

fred - if you have any multiple quantity listings, just make sure the quantity is correct, relisting well automatically set the quantities to their original amount, and if the quantity has ever been revised, it will be a tally of the total ever available (eg start with 10, sell 5 and update with another 10 to 15, the relisted quantity will be 20).
