I am posting this under recent news too as MAYBE EBAY WILL NOTICE. Anyone else having problems wih ebay calling you back? I have just been on the phone for over an hour after they phoned me back waiting for them to pick up, after being told I would be the next caller. Figured I was stuck in the system so hung up and requested another call. They phoned me straight back again, put me on hold, telling me again they will be answering in a moment .......how many hours is 'just a moment for next available ebay agent' anyone know ???? Been another 20 minutes and still waiting ......

I'm not a good or fast typist ......... the very few. times I have contacted Ebay, I prefer Ebay to CALL ME BACK. Today - when using the chat messenger, there is no longer an option for CALL BACK - only the chat messenger.
Looks like Ebay have stopped providing the CALL BACK option - WHY DIDN'T THEY INFORM US ABOUT THE CHANGE !?

Why are you yelling at other members on a post from 2015?
*If* it is about the seller you left the neg for, you do not need a call back from eBay
You open and follow through with an item not as described dispute
Or open your own new thread and let other members know what it is you need help with

One look at the photos would have shown you that the base plate was missing AND the size of the microphone compared to the jack-plug in the photograph.
