Anyone had problems with buyer ??? eBay just helped her scam me : (

I sold 100 strands of hair to buyer [name] She sent a polite email explaining she was a regular buyer but only received 50 strands of hair and asked me to send her another 50 strands. 

I did some research and discovered this was her first purchase from me and so did further research and discovered she had sold 4 items on eBay, never posted them and then ignored the buyers requests for a refund.

, but this is also a website where people go to cheat on their partners.

As I could not prove to eBay I actually sent her 100 strands instead of 50 they found her dispute in her favour and let her keep the hair and refunded her money in full.

eBay were absolutely useless and said that feedback is not relevant to this case and to be honest I am absolutely furious with eBay as this is what feedback is all about! 

Anyway, has anyone else experienced any problems from this buyer?

The amusing part is Ebay stops people from rightfully stating the user name on here and in feedbacks yet allows personal names (such as mine) to be posted in feedbacks. Yet they will not stop that and ban the user. 

I placed a user id only one in here as I knew what they were doing. Ebay banned it of course. Guess what. That user scammed around 100k our of buyers on here.

Yet, ebay will no nothing against a person who has bene posting my real name on here.

Posting this here really does nothing, but will get you a slap from Ebay.

All you can do is wait for her feedback, and reply to that feedback with her ebay ID in the post,  with something like "herEbayID replacement posted 13 may" so that other sellers can be aware.

There are also websites out there that allow you to look up previous buyer Ebay activity, if thats something youre into

Report this buyer to Ebay. Her positives as a buyer are fakes, identical feedback from completely different buyers. Her fb as a seller even though year old are nearly all neuts and negs.

It is so obvious call Ebay and insist they check all her fb not just this transaction

This buyer needs to go on BBL ASAP
