I've logged in on three different devices and there is no balance, or way to withdraw funds, etc, only my recent activity. Basically, I can't access my own money.
Anyone else? I'm loathe to contact them but if it's just me, I'll have to.
While wallet will give you your balance, it's not unrealistic to expect to see it in Summary, where it always was. As it's a part of your account summary.
No you're not an idiot. Well if you are I am too. Have they changed their format? I was going into panic mode because my balance usually shows when I log in, with the transfer option below that. That has gone, and I didn't know to click on the balance in wallet, because I don't usually do it that way.
