Was hopping around in my ebay section...click the old APPLICATIONS [new] tab & found this big message at the top of the page.

Are they referring to Ladies Blouses - but in Pink, blue, black...sizes 10, 12 etc. .. is that a multi-variation listing. Bulk selling ?

Yes - that is what it is. It is only available in limited categories.

has just been introduced into the vehicle parts category...have not played with it yet.

In the vehicle section it means you can list a style of seat covers once with variant colours and fits for a multitude of vehicles rather than having a multitude of seat covers listings  that will fit each vehicle individually

The merger tool is only available in the Clothing categories (according to eBay, anyway).

All it does is take single listings of items that could go into one variant listing, and make them a variant listing. You lose all previous sales history on the ended listings.
