Hi Just trying to find out whether my listing template is allowed to contain the shop's physical address?

"for anyone wondering I just chatted to ebay and they said it was fine to add a bricks and mortar address."
Not according to the email I just received which states, in part:
"Sellers are not permitted to advertise their own off-eBay businesses in their listings"
As I said before, you do so at your own peril:-)

Some shopfront stores have it if they offer pick up, but whether it is allowed or not, i wouldnt know.
I wouldn't display it if it was my home address, but on some UK listings, the businesses has all their contact details like their business name, registration number, address and phone number all eBay generated in the listings
So are the words 'Contact Me' banned on eBay as well Motherbear?

Opening a business membership with eBay is essentially the same process......

Advantages of a business account
Business sellers can register with a company name. That company name will be displayed in all communication with the buyer, such as invoices and emails.
Business sellers can display contact details and terms and conditions in all of their listings.

So I presume it means it is ok for business account holders
