I seem to recall this was set to happen. For example, there would be more benefits for sellers who don't have a store. If so, does anyone have a link to more info?
There is a new feature coming in August. eBay calls it 'Rewarding great Service'. Not sure that many sellers will call it a benefit though. There's more info in the Seller Centre (under Sell in the main menu)
