As a seller how come we can't leave netagive feedback but a buyer can

The option for sellers to leave negs was removed years ago as many sellers were leaving retaliatory negs for buyers that were not deserved.

Buyers had paid and done what was expected of them and the seller did the wrong thing by buyers resulting in a neg for the seller and the seller would then retaliate with a neg for getting one when it was the sellers fault.

because the seller's option is to open a dispute and leave a strike against the buyer.    Too many strikes and that buyer can no longer buy.

leaving red dots against buyers doesnt achieve anything - they could still buy.

in the end it works out better.

I agree this is unfair.  naznarelle put in the highest bid for a book I had and then refused to pay (and was etremely rude about it)  yet I cannot leave negative feedback.

4. BUYERS WANT TO PAY BY PAYPAL ONLY BECAUSE EBAY HAS DRILLED IT INTO BUYERS THAT THIS IS THE SAFEST OPTION ...........WHAT A CROCK!!! ( GOD I HAVE LOST 1000,S OF DOLLARS THRU EBAY WITH SCAMMERS ( BUYERS) WHO PAY THRU PAYPAL AND WHEN THEY GET ITEM INSTANTLY MAKE A CLAIM THROUGH PAYPAL BACK AND KEEP ITEM , OH AND BY THE WAY , I AM CHARGED A % FEE FOR PAYPAL TRANSACTIONS RECIEVED WHEN PAYED BY PAYPAL AND EBAY OWN PAYPAL!!!...................MORE MONEY I HAVE PAID PAYPAL / EBAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After reading some of your responses to neutrals and negs, I would think that a lot of potential buyers are hitting the back-button on your listings.......JMHO.
