I see that ebay have now added an attach photos button when buyers ask questions.
1 good change that happened over night.
Oh make that 2. At least we can now also view more then just the post we hit reply on.

I noticed that as well (the attach photos to messages option). I don't like the fact that it's impossible to separate paragraphs in posts now, though. I need paragraphs. :8} ๐ฎ

I like the possibilities with this new picture feature. Presumably, it was designed for use by sellers to send additional photos privately (on request) without disturbing the base details of an auction, especially if it has bids already. This is a good idea and I'm intrigued to know how sellers can capitalise on this.

To make
hold the shift key and press enter
and you can make a paragraph.
How silly is that?

really
will that work
not just hitting enter??
really?

Thanks, sparklz* ๐
It seems I could get it to work if I hold shift and press enter twice. Now I just have to remember to do that when writing posts. :8}

Can't take the credit for that.

I hadn't come across yet this but it's a fantastic development as we have often needed to go outside eBay to get buyers to send us artwork for personalised items.
As there are circumstances where ebay blocks email addresses (but inconsistently) we've had to go to all sorts of idiotic processes to get around it (like spelling out the name or providing a dropbox link which gives them an image with the email address) or giving the buyer a mini-tutorial in how to send a reply from their email client to facilitate a legitimate eBay transaction.
Yay!

It seems the forum changes have been rolled back (for a week), but in case this is happening to anyone else, I was not able to post a reply to threads when using Firefox (I can get the reply box up, but can't type).
I'm currently using Chrome and that's working ok.

FF seems to be working here. Had trouble getting the boards up using FF this morning, but Chrome was okay.
