Auspost taking weeks to deliver domestic letters....
Last week after earlier refunding a nice customer, the letter then shows up after 28 days and it only went 40km.
Now i get 2 more today asking where there letters are after 2 weeks in the post, one 50km away and the other 15km.
Auspost has a recording saying there are delays but this is rediculous. There goes my top rating...
Ebay should send out a blanket email when this happens so people know.
And on top of that domestic sales are way down.... Did someone drop the ball......Usually so calm but getting really P#$%&** off now.
Its making selling here so not worth it.

Was it a tracked item?
Of course, if they are only delivering on set days then obviously no card would be left either. So the buyer has no idea where it is.
How can this AP mob keep on getting away with jacking up prices and jacking down service?
Somewhere along the line some higher regulatory body has to become involved.
This kind of game simply cannot go on.
What ever happened to the slogan on the side of their vans "Powering online selling"...... pffftt!

@jfmgray wrote:Very interesting. A customer just sent me a message. His item has been missing in action for the last two weeks. He went to his local post office today and there it was!! The post office told him they only deliver now when they have enough mail for a specific area and hold onto deliveries otherwise.
I had 2 x MIA items that were posted on 12th October both finally arrive at their Victorian addresses on Monday 31st October. I am not sure if they were located near each other and were held back waiting for mates, as you just mentioned jfmgray. I can't imagine POs are entitled to hold them that long, but I guess nothing would surprise me lately.
I have also heard stories of other long-lost items from other sellers arriving over the last couple of days.
Hopefully it might mean that APost has cleared their backlog, and we may get back to a bit of normality.
I haven't had any overdue item enquiries for 2 days, so that's a start!

No tracking and no card. I have involved the Commonwealth Ombudsman in this so let's see what plays out. 4-6 days delivery estimates are no longer anywhere near the truth for regular mail.

Quite lucky for you as unfortunately I have been given quite a few red's since this debacle has started. I tell most of my buyers to wait and it will turn up and if it doesn't I refund them. Probably lost thousands of dollars in the process doing this and I can tell you it doesn't feel too great at all.
If this happened before the updates to DSR.. I probably be suspended by now.

Do you have a name of someone you have contacted there? I have had my PB broken today and have had 5 messages today, all saying the same thing. Where's my order?....
This is BS at its pure finest from Aus Post.

Definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.
Trumping and horses for courses??
You need to question the aspects of the business model and what are you trying to aceive, not acheiving it then change it.;

Would you care to run that past me in English?
Why would I 'achieve' a business model, then change it?
I have evolved my business model over the 8 years I have been here to suit circumstances. Works for me. I don't expect different results from doing the same thing. That would be insane.

Welcome to retailing, it changes everyday.
Your not expecting an increase in sales/Units/Profit/customers,,,??? If your happy with the same year on year, thats fine, as you say it works for you.

Well, eBay certainly does not seem to be working for YOU.
In just over 12 months you have left nothing but neg and neut for all purchases made.
Welcome to one s**t load of sellers party lists I should imagine.
BTW, your post(s) make no sense at all,
Map out your future, But do it in pencil, The road ahead is as long as you make it.
Make it worth the trip.
