Just in case you are currently forking out extra $$$ for extra cover with Signature on Delivery, you may be interested to know that the Click and Send Terms and Conditions published on AP webpage still indicate that signature on delivery provides up to $100 compensation - under the same terms as, but without requiring, extra cover.
Should the tracking with signature option be selected then compensation up to $100 will be reimbursed for any loss or damage to the article. The terms and conditions of the $100 compensation are those terms and conditions applying to the Extra Cover service
