Gee why does it happen ,Aust Post have done it again ,posted a parcel Friday to go to same State thought it would arrive Monday Tuesday the latest when I did not hear from buyer checked the tracking number Wed guess what it is not anywhere ,so have made contact with Aust Post they cannot find it either now both buyer and myself have to wait around to see if they can find why it is not in the system .
I wish Aust Post would wait for my money when I need to post something but I need to pay on the spot. In this day and age I cannot see why it takes so long for Australia Post to find something ,This is there mistake not mine ,
To many parcels go missing this time of year
Yes as it was an expensive item it was registered,.

As frustrating as it is, and believe me I am no lover of AP (mainly because of the monopoly they have especially on eBay) but in reality when you think of the amount of parcels they move daily, the losses are pretty minimal. Not that it seems that way to you or your buyer I know. This time of year, it is only going to get worse. Guess it all boils down to we are all human (yes even the AP staff) 😞

Aust Post no longer scan registered items along the delivery process so there is no actual tracking for the cost of registered post

If you use click and send tracking with signature then it should have tracking. At least being registered they should refund you up to $100 (or more if you insured it)
