Hi everyone. We send out over 300 parcels daily, most are small items that are less than 2cm in thickness so we use letters to post our parcels. The problem is we have to run around the area to fill up at least 5 empty mailbox in order to send out all our mails .The nearest post shop is about 40 minutes drive and there's always a long queue in the postshop. Is there a better way?We have asked the lady in the post shop if au post can pick up letters from our office and the answer is NO.Is there a better way?

I would be calling Australia Post head office, there may be a contractor nearby that goes to a depot daily.

how small are these post boxes?

you think they would easily hold 300 letters.

if your doing that everyday you would think you would be able to get them picked up from your door daily......will proberly even leave you empty bags.

You should arrange a collection.

My mum is involved in large mailouts and they were given these boxes and a special key. At any time, we drove to the PO and opened this special "mailing dropof door" to put the letters directly inside the PO by ourselves.

I'd definitely talk to your Post Office about your options, you are making it too hard for yourself.

Hi supercentre,

Sounds to me like you could just be eligible for a Shuttle Run. This would mean a courier coming to you house/office and collecting all outgoing mail to lodge it at the Post Office for you.

Send me your details as a DM or via ebay (at) auspost.com.au and I'll get a Sales Rep to give you a call to sort it out.

Alice
