Australia Post MyPost web site has being having issues the last 3 afternoons, meaning I had to take my parcels down to get labels, the first 2 days I just did it and didnt get my normal discount., which add's up over 6 to 10 parcels.
But today the friendly lady who knows me said do you have the app, she scanned the QR code from the app, and I got my discounts.
So if you werent aware (as I wasn't), you can still get your discounts if you buy labels over the counter.

Every premises with an address is a customer of Australia Post whether they send or receive mail, they just don't all transact on the same day. Financial software is far more complex and important than a label printing platform, yet printing labels is less reliable than funds transactions.
The value and importance of Australia Post's fundamental job of delivering mail has been demonstrated during the pandemic. Maybe this situation will make it's single shareholder focus on that fundamental instead of 'transforming' it into other areas far removed from 'delivery'.
