Australia Post - VIC to QLD now boarding

Local Post Office advised if I sign 'Aviation Declaration' on label of regular Parcel Post items, as of last week they are now 'flying high' instead of road freight.   Any other Victorian sellers heard this ?

It's being that way for many years, if there is spare capacity on the plane, they throw it on, but only signed ones.   No change really,
