Items 151881739267 and 151881735068.
Am I hallucinating or do both listings have clear Authenticity Disclaimers?
Not according to eBay they don't!
And as an aside, do the pictured items match the description as far as condition goes? Ummmmmmmmmmmmmm.............................

the faces of the "Longines" watches look terrible. Certainly not mint condition.

Absolutely, if that's mint condition I'd hate to see one in "average used condition"

DSR's not good? DSR's are atrocious for one with such low feedback! The first item number, if you look at the band of the watch, there is a broken thread in the stitching. You can see it sticking up in the second photo when you zoom it. As already mentioned, the black marks on the faces look terrible. Mould? For something that is supposedly mint condition, they seem to have a lot of scratches on the back.
If they are genuine (which I doubt), then I'd say they have replaced the bands to make them look newer. Obviously they didn't take into consideration the black marks on the faces and the scratches both front and back.

The worst thing about this case is that the items were clearly counterfeit, had clear and unambiguous authenticity disclaimers in the listings and even after 3 reports eBay would not remove the listings as "it can't be positively said its an authenticity disclaimer" (????? What the.......?????) so now some poor sods have bought complete carp and will have all the associated hassles.

Hi
I have a storage unit. The items are vintage all I can do is list the tags the numbers etc
Dealers in these kind of items in shops do not like to help people like us. And to send pictures etc for authenticity is high to just get a yes or no. I do not sell for big prices.
I just got a seven day restriction for Sunglasses which I did not post as high end. I put photo
of dust cloth and case and glasses all monagrammed and numbered the glasses in perfect condiditon
I took Ebay advice on the price which would have been very low had I sold as authentic.
Yet have had to send back things that are not sterling or diamonds etc just did one a few days ago. But been sold as such. as authentic. All Ebay says is report it. If did that would be reporting have of Ebay and they would have no sellers. I am into Gemmology and coming across this a lot Tiffany no proof that it is. I have bought this stuff on testing it is plated copper.
But still allowed to go ahead.
Some of the overseas shops have a dreadful credit rating. But still allowed to carry on.
Also I notice sellers are allowed to completley mask the people bidding so have no idea if seller is bidding against themselves or not. to push the bids up. This in not good for buyers. Also as you have said they can hide feed back so what good is feedback?
Sunglasses and bags are not my thing but have a few here have to move. Ebay says talk to the people in here. But seen others with same problem being told to take to a dealer, it is one continious run around.

Sellers CANNOT mask feedback.
As for the rest, I'm guessing, as you are not stringing coherent sentences together, if you can't prove it's genuine don't sell it. Regardless of pictures.
