Does anyone use the Ebay - Feedback Automation.
I have mine set to leave auto feedback once the buyer has paid. Does anyone use it the other way so that FB is only left if a buyer has left you positive feedback. If so, do you think it reduces the amount of FB left for you.
I get the feeling that if you haven't left FB for a buyer, they are less likely to leave it for you.
What do you think?

Hi toasty toes.
I leave my feedback for buyers on payment. I've never had a problem with this and will continue to leave feedback for my customers this way.

I have mine set to respond when feedback is received. I don't consider the transaction finalised until either the buyer lkets me know by way of feedback or email that they have received the item or long enough had gone by, close to the 60 day limit, that I can assume all is well. I have never understood why a buyer should receive feedback just for paying which is something they are obliged to do.

My feedback for buyers is left when I mark the item as 'sent'. I don't think it makes much difference when it's left - just a matter of personal preference.
