I had this buyer complained that what she recieved was not the item.
I photograph everythimng as I send it to protect myself.
I agreed to the refund but she kept refusing to send the dress back and when I mentioned about photographing before posting she got painful and nasty. The buyer wanted the refund before she sent the item back.
Just watch her as I was told she has been reported and is being investigated for what she did to me.(she has done it before!

Just looking at this person's feedback she is a sometime seller as well, so will likely know the ropes well.
She will be aware that if she claims INAD then it is the seller who pays for the return postage if you want the item back.
Otherwise ebay will simply side with the buyer and she will be refunded without having to return the item.
Her feedback suggests she has engaged in this kind of activity on more than one occasion.
You could try submitting your evidence to ebay but not too sure just how much notice they will take of it.
If you lose the case and have to refund with no return then I would be inclined to open a formal fraud complaint with The ACORN and see what happens from there. Give them all the supporting evidence you can. You never know, some other seller may have raised an independent complaint. Once you have the case number provide that to ebay and the buyer. It might rattle a cage or two. At least she will be on record for the future.
*** EDIT ***
Oh and by the way you are not allowed to name and shame on these boards.
Expect the mods to come along soon and remove the buyer ID and issue you with a formal warning.
