I have 3 parcels with Sendle 250g postage via eBay, all were picked up late after 3 days with 2 times re-arranging for pick up. Then you can not believe what happen, my customers open cases as unreceived items with 2 of them. Oh man, tell me what should i do then? Refund them all as they claim lost items in transit for couple of hundreds dollars. Sendle still under searching and investigating my parcels. The problem is Sendle refuse to take the responsibility and issue the compensate as my items lost are jewelleries. Are you joking Sendle.
Never recommended Sendle to any seller especially Jeweleries Seller. My bad experience

A search and can see by the massive amount of complaints on here that many sellers have had issues with them
I wish you had read them before using this mob
(And they also have their fans who refuse to have a word said against them, of course)
They are a courier broker who use the cheapest possible source available at the time
I would be jolly surprised if they are searching for them but stranger things have happened

Yeah you are right!
I wish I have read them ...gruhhh.
I think we should spread the Warning to all our seller to help them aware of it, I am sure there are still some sellers like me, who have no time to do the searching about the Sendle services before using.

What's wrong with using Aus Post in the first place?
Set up a MyPost Business account and get up to 40% off your shipping, depending on volume and destination. In almost 8000 transactions I've only ever had a a tiny handful of incidents.
Sendle are well known for poor pickup, customer service and lack of accountability.

Thankyou Jellybirddesigns.
Should we set up via ebay or on Aus Post Website?
Sorry but i am not good at this

For mypost business, you setup via Australia Post, then integrate your ebay account, to import orders.
Note for MyPost Business, you also have 24/7 live support

Further to what Gutterpunk said, if you are on Facebook, Aust Post are very quick to answer questions and deal with issues should they arise. I've only had a few issues and they were all sorted inside 24 hours. Usually within a few hours, even when I've posted something in the middle of the night.
As long as you are polite, they will bend over backwards to help you. I've seen people being abusive and downright rude. They get the obligatory reply, but not much more.
