As the sender was not Paypal, and not even a Paypal address, the only people it would get is those who don't know what they're doing. And it's a fair bet they wouldn't be able to find the eBay boards.

Ignore it, delete it, move on...
all emails addy's are 'red rags' to these tossers, the way I deal is - don't open/reply to anything I do not recognise.
