Is there any recourse such as having poor feedback removed when a buyer who lives more than 3600 kilometres away blames the seller for the time it takes to get there? In my case, the article was posted less than 24 hours after payment was made and the buyer lived in remote Western Australia while I live in Brisbane. It turns out the item was at their local post office but had not been collected. Surely it is the buyer's responsibility to negotiate a faster postage service if they want an item urgently? There was no correspondence or advice that the item was wanted within a specific time period. Ebay rarely removes feedback. Do I just have to suck it up, as Ebay suggests?
Sorry for the double post. I am new to Discussion Boards. This is my Ebay user name. I accidentally created a new registration, thinking it was required to post here.

I don't think there is. ? 😞 Did you she leave a low star rating on postage or a Negative Feedback?
