Bank Account Change

I'm trying to change the bank account that I'm using.

It gets to a point where I'm asked to enter the old account details ending in 1234.
I enter the account number in the format that appears on my bank statement, but that was wrong.
I try multiple formats but none of them were correct.

Ebay of course doesn't let me see the whole number, just the last four digits.

What format does Ebay use for Westpac accounts?

Its not 123-123 4561234, and it certainly ain't 1231234561234!)

I can't access it either, but I'm pretty sure I put it in as 123456 (BSB) and 112233 (my account number is only 6 digits). Leave the hyphen out of the BSB and see if that makes a difference.
