Based in Australia. EBay for payments insist I change region to UK where account was created

Trying to setup PayPal for receiving payments. Cannot as though my region is Australia eBay insisting I change to uk.

There is no longer Paypal as a payment method. You must be signed up and verified for Managed Payments or you will not receive any funds for your sales.

And you will have a 30 day wait for the money from the Iphone as you are considered a new seller

It is not an option

Certainly not something you can insist other members do for you

Paypal is not an option for any seller, and hasn't been in over four years

You were required to sign up for Managed Payments, and be verified to sell before listing anything

Not sure why they would be trying to set up PayPal after all this time it has not been an option

That's why I wondered if it was a scam buyer for the iphone who has told the OP they either want to or they've  already made a paypal payment.
