Probably because you have purchased two items.

Message the seller and explain you only want one.

Sorry, your post is a little short on info.  So I will just take a guess - maybe you have purchased the item twice.  Check your purchase history and paypal account (Assuming you used paypal)

No charged twice for one item i payed for it once and only receiving one item have contacted seller told me it was problem with ebay

Presuming that you didn't accidentally add the item to your cart twice, then most likely there was a glitch during the payment process. You will have to contact ebay or paypal.
