Hi guys, I am new to this discussion board so if this post does not follow eBay's content policy please let me know.
I have just set up my new eBay store at http://stores.ebay.com.au/HULK-4x4-AUS and want to find out what is the best way to grow my business and achieve a higher search result ranking (apart form the obvious listing best practices: writing a good title, descriotion etc.)
What have you guys done for your businesses and how did that work for you?
Thanks in advance

putting your link and advertising your shop in the forums is a no no. You will get slapped by the mods doing that.
as you said good descriptions, good product, good prices, excellent customer service, good sales, good rankings

Its all hard yakka:-
but I just try to be the same as if I was serving in a shop, great customer service.... and nothing much goes wrong. (or hasn't for me).
Good luck, I had a look at your listings and I do think your "No Returns" is not good in the current climate. 30 day money back guarantee is the preferred at the moment
