How eBay Protects Intellectual Property (VeRO)
Listings removed through VeRO
If your listing was removed because of a breach of the VeRO program and you believe that your listing was removed in error, eBay suggests that you first try to contact the rights owner directly. (The email notifying you that your listing had been removed should have included the rights owner's email address.) Only the rights owner understands their products and intellectual property rights. If the rights owner agrees that they made a mistake, have them email eBay and eBay will allow you to re-list your item.
...........................
Are you sure the search you did was conclusive?
As listings removed under Vero can only be done by the registered copyright owners (or however that bit was worded in the policy), then they must be registered with ebay as the CR owners, so, to get eBay to stand up and listen, the only thing you can do is provide them with some kind of legal documentation supporting your claim (ie a Court Order for the reinstatement of your listings) they have made it clear that they're not going to do the leg work for you.
As this will likely take more than the moneth for which you are suspended, it will probably only be for either principle or to have your record expunged.
So, for the time being, it's looking like a holiday or an oppotuniyty to explore other avenues to offer your products for sale.
...............................
In the mean time, collect your evidence you have collected, and just keep ringing eBay, and hope they will listen. You might get lucky and have someone actually listen to and at least consider what you have to say.
Be persistent and ask to speak to a supervisor. Keep contacting them and just maybe, someone will take notice and pass you on to someone who can/will actually help you. The biggest trick is to get poast the front line phone operators.
I'd also even PM the eBay staff who post on the boards, click on their names and follow the prompts (not the Mods, the ones that say they are ebay staff, (posts framed in blue and say ebay employee) There are a few around at the moment, pinned to the top of most pages. (Some are currently on leave, so check wehich ones have logged on recently, as others may not get back to you until they return from leave)
Best of Luck with it.
I don't know if there is any useful info here for you, but it is more info about vero

since when do you need PERMISSION to sell items from a BRAND or otherwise.
the VERO system is nothing more then a way for big players to try control small sellers with MISUSE of copyright law, most of which are not even local.
false vERO claims are not new... and eBay has done little about it to protect sellers.
it comes down to wording and not misleading the customer.
for example:
-the customer should not think you are the brand or represent the brand or its network.
-you can use picture and info, logos etc to represent the product for sale as long as its not misleading.
-adding something like “private sale not affiliated with xyz” may cover this.
oten the claims have weak foundation and they rely on compliance
Fight back against these false claims, because its misused often.

The same thing happened to me. I got all of my listings related to one brand removed with a warning email. i did not use their logo nor any of their "copyrighted" material. I contacted ebay and they said they are only allowed to reinstate listing.
Does ebay give the slightest care about sellers? Until when we as sellers have to suffer these loopholes? I see i am not the first one complaining about this. How long will this loophole remain out there?
If ebay does not have the manpower or budget to have a look at these claims i think it really should reconsider the whole VERO thing.
