'Buy It Now' is not working to sell, only teh auction option.

I cannot sell via 'Buy it Now" option. I get this message below and for a couple of days now. Selling main page does not work either

Have you tried clearing cache and cookies then rebooting your computer ?  Or tried a different browser ?

All my items are BIN and I have been able to list as usual.

Check your settings. Try Padi's solution, which is usually THE solution.
