Buyer Cancelled order

A buyer from the US made a purchase this morning and paid for it Paypal, then 20 minutes later put in a Cancel order request, which we agreed to. Is this a feature only US buyers can do ? have not seen that on the AU Ebay as a option, one good thing about it as a seller you can not get a defect as the cancellation is iniated by the buyer.

no I think we can do this here too, I remember reading something about it. I believe it was only available for buyers up to 1 hour after sale.

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong I'm sure.

You are correct harley.

The problem is that most buyers take no notice of the 1 hour timeframe and just expect to be able to cancel at will.
