Hi
I sold this guy a phone case on 4/01/13 and I send the case out on 5/1/13 by regular post.
So it is only 6 business days since Australia post doesn't post mail out on weekends.
And this impatient guy ask me where is his item. I tell him that it will take 3-8 business days for item to arrive if nothing goes wrong.
So I tell him to wait till end of this week if it doesn't arrive then contact me.
And he reply with
"Hi I can't wait longer as it is 7 days already and I want my money back . If you don't refund I will put negative feedback today ."
And I think if I just refund the money I will get neg feedback anyway just looking at his track record (he gave another seller a neg feeback after refund)
If he want it in a hurry he should have ask for express post
So what should I do?? I think he is a bit unreasonable

Of course it would get me a red dot but at least I would have earned it, if they are gonna neg you anyway you may as well enjoy yourself:^O
Perhaps you didn't notice the wining smiley, I didn't really expect the OP to send that exact wording lol.
hahahaha. Why not. I was thinking your right on with this one myself :^O

Update
He waited till last thursday and didn't receive the case
So I refunded him straight away and a few days after I got a negative feedback saying I didn't refund his money.
Which i did refund him proof is right there.
I m not sure if I m allow to put his name here so I burr it.
So at the moment he properly got the case and the money back plus negative feedback to me as well

I would probably call eBay and request it be removed, as they will be able to see that the money was refunded and therefore the neg contains false information.
If that doesn't work, applying to have it removed on the grounds of defamation should. Here's a link to the form: http://pages.ebay.com.au/help/community/defam-form.html

Try ringing ebay and asking for the feedback to be removed. They can see that it is wrong and that you have refunded.

As DG & Lyndal said, call eBay; bring their attention also to the fact that it is just not that you have refunded but out of only handful of transactions they seem to not received awful lot. I wonder if PP & eBay keep note of somebody who has such a bad luck, and leaves NEGs even when sellers refund.
