A buyer and I are having trouble trying to get a payment to go through. He has a P.O Box as an address which is not letting him pay. When I send a invoice I get this across the top of the screen .....
"The buyer of this item has listed a P.O Box as their postage address, so we were not able to complete their purchase.
Your postage requirement on the listing for this item does not allow shipments to P.O. Boxes.
You can provide an exception by sending the buyer this invoice, or you can contact the buyer for an alternate mailing address.
If you prefer, you can also cancel the transaction."
I keep sending the invoices (sent it about 10 times now!) anyway which usually overrides this but the buyer is just not getting it (or has no clue what so ever) Any suggestions? I have spoken to 2 EBay people who have no idea as usual.
