Buyer changed his mind and wants refund before he received an item

Hi! Buyer paid for item and item was posted on the same day as purchase (QLD to VIC). In 2 days buyer sent me message : "I'm regret I don't want to buy your item plz do full refund". I have respond him I agree to refund but after you get and post it back. He dont want to understand and just sent me same messages : "I need you refund plz otherwise I'll leave a negative feedback!". In this situation I think he just want to get free item and never tell truth about receiving.

Please advise me what i have to do.

Tell this idiot buyer to refer to the email he/she received when you refunded them the money and tell them to call PayPal if they have any further questions related to the refund.

This buyer is a complete moron and pest! I feel for you! The moment he would have threatened me with a neg, my care factor would have plummeted to 0% and then I would have made him/her FIGHT for their refund. In this case no tracking # but I would have inconvenienced them by making them go through a PayPal dispute and wait the full 10 days for a refund

JMO but I would send them one last message-grit your teeth lol- advising them to please check their emails as Paypal would have sent them one advising of refund.
