Buyer changing address

I just had a buyer pay and the address on the order details is different. When I sent the invoice it said one address, same address as what was on the 'your item sold' email and now when I checked the order details to package up the item, it's a different address. I'm guessing one is a residential address and the other a work address. 

1. Should I be worried?

2. Which address should I use?

3. Can they do that?

In order to be covered, PayPal always instruct to send to the address that appears in the PayPal notification email, if the buyer paid via PayPal.

Otherwise check with the buyer which is the correct address for postage.

And yes, they may want it sent to a relative.

Thanks! The PayPal address is what looks like a work address, so shall send to that one.

You should never go by the ebay adress unless you are sure the buyer has gone through checkout as they can select any address in checkout and that is the only one that will show in Paypal.
