Buyer claiming item dont work after waiting 3 weeks to inform me

Sold a second hand nintendo 64 and games to a buyer.Leaves good feedback when they received the item then 3 weeks later they claim the item doesnt work 😞 i know the item was in 100% working order when i posted the item, Now they want a refund and open a item not as described despute PLEASE HELP! I dont want back a broken Nintendo! 😞
