Buyer doesn't pay doesn't communicate. They've done it before but 100% feedback rating! What to do?

I don't want to get involved with this buyer as I've found someone else who had a very strange experience with them.  But I would like to stop them creating nuisance on eBay.  This has taken my item out of the market for a week and taken a lot of time to deal with.  Anyone else had this problem?

Many sellers have non paying bidders....you are not alone in this.

Open a dispute after 4 days if the buyer has not paid or communicated, close it 4 days later and issue a strike to the buyer.

Set your buyer blocks in place so members with 2 strikes are unable to bid on your items.
