I have an item with colour options. it's been sold 30+ units. all buyers are happy except this one.
I have clearly indicated the colour options in gallery picture and showed product pictures in different colours in my listing. I even gave instruction on the page on how to leave notes during checkout
after he purchased I asked him for the colour by sending ebay message he never replied.
this guy received the default colour he doesn't want. He's getting angry and No matter how I explained he just want to fight and keep saying I am cheating and no seller has treated him this way.
I gave up and just going to issue a full refund. or send another unit for free.. that will make a loss for me.
I contacted eBay support they directed me here... obviously they can't protect seller against these issue.
what would you do?

Just ask him to return the item and send him the colour that he does want. You might like to offer to pay the return postage...that might make him change his mind about leaving you a neg.

Just a suggestion-buyers have to scroll & scroll & scroll & scroll past a gazillion pictures to see your TOS & most people wont.Perhaps you could move this
Please state which colour you want in Paypal note, otherwise the default black unit will be sent
to top of page BEFORE the photo's & enlarge the font size & bold it.

I must say I find your listings rather misleading. Heading says "premium leather" description say PU leather. 2 totally different products in my book. Perhaps you should change your heading to reflect the real quality of the product.

what would you do?
The first thing I would do is ask him when and how he told me the colour he did want... If he can't do that, he might think twice about who to blame.

You need to add your comment about nominating the colour into your PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS.
Mne says "If you are paying by Bank Deposit, please leave your Ebay ID as a payment reference, so we can identify your payment." but you can edit it to anything that you like.
This message appears very clearly in Ebay Checkout, and also in the email sthat the buyer's receive. Adding this will help your problem from occurring again.

A Luxury hand-made leather case for Samsung Galaxy S3 iii. A+ Grade Synthetic Leather,
You cannot use the word leather in the title at all or anywhere else in the description without the word synthetic.
I would suggest that you alter every one of your listings that describes anything other than 100% animal hide items as leather before your listings are reported by multiple board readers.
It says in this book I am reading that by 2065 80% of women will be overweight.
See what a trendsetter I am?
