Buyer entered BSB incorrectly .....

My buyer entered the BSB number for my bank account incorrectly when she paid via direct deposit. Instead of 064420 she entered 064402. She has my a/c name & number correct though. Will the incorrect BSB stop the bank from finding my account?

I don't really want this trouble after it has taken me 8 days for her to pay in the first place 😞

BSB = Bank, State, Branch

If the branch where the money has gone to has an account with the same number then the transfer will go through to that account, not yours. If not, it will be rejected. Your buyer needs to contact their bank immediately.

Thank you for your reply. I have had very little to do with Direct Deposit as I always use PayPal.

Now it looks as though I'll have to start over again with her  😞
