Anyone had this glitch? I had someone who bought multiple items from France. I invoiced a reduced postage cost of $43.50 for a total of around $150. I received the email of the correct invoice so I know it was not my mistake of putting zero shipping. But somehow the buyer was able to pay just for the items and get free postage. I contacted eBay and they were unable to explain it. I had to cancel and lost the sales.

was the buyer one of the 7 or 8 Australian Ebay users who pay for Ebay plus?

I'm not 100% sure but if your invoice gave the option of free local pickup maybe the buyer clicked on that option at checkout thus overriding your international postage cost

Unlikely, given the buyer is in France

Hmm. That is interesting @ambler57. I did have free local pickup on the listing - how can I make sure that is not part of an invoice to an overseas buyer?
