Buyer has paid by bank deposit but checkout complete has not lit up?

Have noticed lately that my bank account details aren't showing for buyers in Checkout, either for my own account or the account I admin for my employer.

I've checked the relevant area ( https://fundinginstrument.ebay.com.au/piapp/EditCIP?action=update ), and the details are there for both seller accounts.

But, I've had buyers contact me requesting the account details. I just did a test, by purchasing an item from my employer's account, using my own account - and the details don't show. Signed into the employer's account, and the details are definitely in there.

Anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong? Or is it eBay playing games?

My experience has been that if you've ticked the box to show bank details to a buyer and you can definitely see those details, then perhaps the buyer is just not looking closely enough.

I've always responded pointing out that the details are available in checkout, but here are the bank details anyway.

Also if someone has paid by bank deposit, it's only really paid when the funds become available in your account whether the $ sign is lit up or not.  So that's something to be aware of.

I find most people now pay with PayPal though, to ensure their buyer protection.

The bank details don't show up if the buyer is using the phone app. I've had that issue a few times when buyers were requesting the details. I directed them to the full site, but being totally unfamiliar with it, even with my very detailed steps, they got lost and couldn't find them.

I have my bank details available through checkout, I have them in the item won email and I have them in the listing. I still get buyers asking for them!
