Buyer has paid for two items (no combined postage) how do I separate them to print two labels?

A buyer has purchased two items from me and I can only print one label for both.  I have managed with great difficulty getting a box to fit both (will refund buyer some postage) However, for future knowledge, how would I go about separating them to print two labels for separate parcels if they would not fit into one box?  Some advice from the wise and knowledgeable would be appreciated.

Shopping - you in the description have asked the buyer use ' the cart '.

Problems have arisen from using ' the cart '.

Print a separate label for each using AP's My Post Business using Add an Order rather than Import eBay Orders.  There may be a simpler way.

I do not wish to sign up for AP's My post business, I do not sell enough and am not a business.

I have found no problem with the cart if they follow my instructions and ask for combined postage, she did not.  If she had before paying, I could tell her to pay separately if I could not combine into one parcel and therefore this problem would not arise.

I found the answer, it is "print another label" allows you to print a new and different label from the first.

You will pay no more than through eBay and you don't have to be a business.

You found the answer anyway. You complained that you could not get an answer within 3 hours on a Sunday, in the middle of a long weekend for many...

Why can you not use a bigger box. Always handy to keep a few in case.

Before you say that why don't you have a look at the AP savings band guide? In the last month you would easily have qualified for Band 2 even Band 3 - yes I know you had one big sale but also the postal sales qualification can be spread over a year. And if you buy any AP products (apart from Tracked letters - drat it!) they can add to your qualification spend. And you do not have to be a business or have a business account - it is just a descriptive title bestowed by AP.
