Hi,
The buyer has received item without any Australia Post tracking being recorded for the transaction.
The eBay postage label failed to print properly and the option to reprint it wasn't available so the item was sent Express Post.
We will be contacting Australia Post again tomorrow to try to recover the tracking number to provide proof of delivery to eBay.
Although the buyer has stated the item was received in inbox messages but has not confirmed delivery to eBay.
The buyer is now questioning the item.
Any suggestions?

Upload the tracking number the item was actually sent by to the dispute.
Also cancel the eBay label or you will be charged for it.

he express post will have its own tracking, you should have uploaded it at the time.
When you say the buyer is now questioning the item, what are they questioning? because if its related to an issue with the actual item tracking wont matter
