Buyer hasn't picked item up from courier depot & paid via Paypal...

(Hello,  I sent large heavy item off to buyer via courier signature & tracking. I checked up tracking number yesterday. The buyer wasnt home so courier left card and items been sitting depot now for a few days.

I messaged customer yesterday and let them know item at depot.

I'm wondering several things (I suppose worst case senario situation)

They paid via paypal which is pending etc....what IF they don't pick it up?....Do I have some kind of duty of care to ENSURE item gets tothem further than  posting item via tracking signature etc etc

and most importantly- Am I risking losing the paypal payment ....that I STILL have to wait a few weeks to clear:/

Pretty sure as you have tracking and can prove it was shipped you are protected.

It is not your fault if they do not pick it up.

If the item gets returned to you as undelivered then you might have to refund less and costs to you.

You can do a request for contact details and call the buyer if they are net replying to messages.
